- The product has not been altered by you in anyway - The returned item or product is accompanied by the original receipt or delivery docket. - The item is returned to us in it's original undamaged packaging - If the above has not been complied with then we CANNOT refund or accept return.

Items Received Damaged Via Australia Post Goods found damaged please notify us immediately & send us a picture of the damage you need to take it back to the post office so they can survey the damage & a claim can be lodged
Via T.N.T if goods are noticeably damaged please don't accept they will send the item back to us & we can arrange a replacement
